Shipping and Delivery
We offer shipping throughout Australia and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays or public holidays. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via EMail so you can monitor your delivery. The risk of loss and title for Products passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.
Cancellations and Modifications
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed, which means prior to the preparation for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible. You will receive a confirmation EMail once your order has been dispatched.

Custom Orders
We may accept requests for custom gift boxes, which must be submitted via EMail at customisations.thecraftedandco@gmail.com. Custom orders are subject to product availability and may incur additional charges. Once we accept a custom order and receive payment, the order is final and non-refundable. We reserve the right to decline custom order requests at our discretion.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
If a product is out of stock, customers can request it via E-Mailing at customerservice.thecraftedandco@gmail.com or our enquiry form, and we will attempt to restock the item. Availability and timelines will depend on supplier conditions.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our Policy
At Crafted & Co. (ABN: 39 262 135 181), we take great care in curating each of our sustainable gift boxes to ensure quality and satisfaction. Due to the personalized and curated nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and shipped. All sales are final.
Damaged or Faulty Products
Despite our best efforts to ensure safe delivery, we understand that damages may occasionally occur during shipping. If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by E-Mailing us at claims.thecraftedandco@gmail.com. Your EMail should include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged items and packaging.
Upon receiving your notification, we will assess the reported issue within 7 business days. Once your claim is approved, the item must be returned to us within 7 business days.
Based on our assessment, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund if necessary. Our decision regarding the resolution is final.
Exchange: We will offer an exchange upon receiving the faulty item. The customer will bear the cost of returning the damaged product, and we will send out a replacement box.
Refund: A refund will only be provided if we are unable to replace the faulty product.
Shipping Fees for Faulty Products
As a sustainable brand, we encourage minimal returns to reduce our environmental impact. Therefore, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost of faulty products.
Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that you receive items that don't match your order confirmation, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and details of the discrepancy in your EMail. After verifying the information against our records, we will either arrange for the correct items to be sent or provide a refund if the correct items are unavailable.
Refund Process
When a refund is approved, we will process it within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Refunds do not include original shipping charges or return shipping costs.
